As per the provision laid down under section 05 at the bye law, of the Bank the membership of the Bank is open to the following institutional Body Corporate and individual, every Cooperative Societies within the area of operation of the Central Bank, State Govt., Central Govt., State Cooperative Bank, Bhubaneswar, Panchayat Samiti, Odisha Khadi and Village Industries etc.
Any other Body Corporate with prior provision of Registrar of Co-operative Societies(O), Bhubaneswar.
